1 Year Extended Warranty

This one year extended warranty adds a further twelve months of coverage to the lighting and decor you buy from Chateau Noir, beginning when the standard warranty period ends. It is designed for the parts that do the work over time: the rechargeable cell, the LED module, the touch sensor, the charging port and the internal wiring that keeps a cordless lamp running night after night.

If a covered component fails in normal household use during the extended term, we repair or replace the item at no cost to you. There is no claim form to chase and no depreciation applied to the value of the piece. Simply contact support with your order number and a short description of the fault, and a replacement or repair is arranged directly through the original order.

Coverage applies to manufacturing and component defects rather than accidental damage, cosmetic wear, loss, or damage caused by unapproved chargers and third-party parts. Add it to the order for any piece you intend to keep in daily service, especially a cordless lamp that is charged and discharged constantly or a hard-working fixture in a busy hallway or entrance. One warranty covers one product on the same order, and the cover transfers with the item if you pass it on as a gift.
