It is the option for a gift that has to arrive before a date, a replacement for a lamp that has failed in a working venue, or an order placed later than it should have been for an event that is not going to move. Nothing about the product changes, only how fast it reaches you.

Once the upgrade is applied, the order is prioritised for same-day dispatch where it is placed before the daily cut-off, then flown rather than sent by ground. You receive tracking as soon as the label is generated, so the parcel can be followed from the warehouse to the door instead of disappearing into a multi-day window with no visibility.

Next day service applies to transit time and depends on the destination, customs where applicable, and carrier conditions outside our control, such as severe weather. Orders placed after the cut-off, at a weekend or on a public holiday begin their transit on the next working day. One upgrade covers the whole order rather than a single item, so there is no need to add it repeatedly to a basket containing several lamps or accessories.
